Aspen LED is a Cochrane based, family owned business that was created to fill a gap in affordable, permanent outdoor lighting. Our goal is to make this style of outdoor LED lighting affordable to everyone no matter what your financial background may be.
Customer service is, and always will be our most important asset, and our company will always strive to provide quality installs over the quantity of installs so we can uphold this level of customer service.
We are from the old school upbringing, recognizing that people like face to face interaction, and they also like to know what they are buying when they invest in one of our lighting systems. This is why whenever possible we meet with our clients to educate them on our lighting systems and provide them with as much knowledge possible to assist them in making an educated decision on their purchase.
We also recognize that most people are not comfortable with heights let alone facing these fears 30 feet up on a ladder! We have heard too many stories of near misses from homeowners to ignore this need to assist. With one of our permanent lighting systems, we intend to save you time and money. Rather than paying for your lights to be hung and removed each year, we provide you with a permanent lighting solution.
With backgrounds in climbing, electrical, and other high ladder work professions, we take out this risk and cost to the homeowner. All our technicians carry liability insurance and are covered in Alberta by WCB. This is a commonly asked question when we come to do an install and we want to assure our clients that there is no risk to them as a homeowner.
